Edwin's Birthday

We had a small celebration of Edwin's 38th birthday! :)  The girls each took a turn blowing out his candles.  To think I met Edwin when he was just 21! :)

We also were able to go to Famous Dave's, since they give away Birthday Coupons! :)  It was a fun outing together! :)

Tory picked this card out for Edwin and had so much fun playing with it! :)

Tory's 6th Birthday!

The bunnies were the biggest hit, although hitting the piñata came in at a close second. :) I am sure Tory's favorite part was opening the presents and blowing out the candles . . . but what a blessing to have so many family and friends who could share this special day with her! :)  She wanted a Skippyjon Jones theme, so we had fun with that.  Edwin decorated the cake, too!

Treehouse

This summer, my parent's went to visit my sisters in Alabama and Mississippi so we were in charge of "The Farm".  While we were there, Edwin worked so hard to get his girl's tree house made and ready for fun.  He tore down the wood that had been there when they got the property and started again from scratch.  He worked with my grandpa to build the new floor, then did the rest all by himself.  Tory and Natalia were thrilled! Way to go, Daddy!

Mish Mosh

Here is Edwin's PNNL Softball team.  This year they won the Championship out of 16 teams!! 

Tory and Natalia have been watching Sprout and between shows, they show kids and their shadowboxes... so we submitted our own picture of a shadowbox Tory made.  We have yet to see it on Sprout, but who wants to watch Sprout 24/7 until it you catch the picture? Well, I'm sure Tory and Natalia would love to do that, at least for the first 24 hours....

Tory wanted to cut her own fingernails this night.  I feared she was going to yank some flesh off along with the nail, but thankfully, that never actually happened.  I am also thankful that since this night, she has let me or Edwin cut them for her....
